Mark Houghton
Mark is an organisation design, development and change specialist with over
22 years operational and leadership experience working at board level in
national and multinational organisations.
He has a passion for understanding the individual and social psychology of high performance, and integrates contemporary research across diverse fields including sensemaking,
heuristics & decision making and cognitive psyhology and NLP.
Mark's involvement in NLP started 20 years ago and now incorporates an academic
evidence base into his practice and training, which has enabled him to
introduce the field to diverse audiences including GP's, clinical
psychologists, psychiatrists, project managers, foreign exchange traders and
marketing professionals.
